Health is like money we never have a true idea of its value until I lose it. Agree, money is damn important for survival. Money is important to maintain a standard in society and it’s really very important to gain worthy respect from people.

But do you really feel money is more important than health??

Let’s consider the recent examples of COVID-19. What happened?? Did the whole world sailed in the same boat in which they were since their childhood?? Was money that important in a pandemic?

No. Health was on top priority and money was not that much important for people. Everyone accepted that lockdown is far better than bringing disease to their family. Everyone got comfortable in their homely life and they were even well aware of that knowingly that they will get lost in their business or workplace.

But what happened after the pandemic?? Again, money is more important than your health.

Without good health, no matter how much one spends on material things, that person will not be able to enjoy them to the fullest. … Therefore, health is more important than wealth as wealth is useless without health. Another point in favor of health is that if you were healthy, you would be able to gain wealth.

Self Love

So here are some habits to maintain good health:

  • NEED TO STAY HYDRATED: Drinking water throughout the day will help your body cells absorb the water gradually without adding stress to your kidneys. Try to avoid soft drinks and high sugar content drinks.
  • CONSUME FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: Fill your meal with more fruits and vegetables. Eat the right food in the right quantity with needed proteins and carbohydrates.
  • LIMIT ON ALCOHOL: There should be some limitations on drinking habits. More than 2 glass for males and more than 1 glass for females on daily basis is bad for health.
  • DAILY WORKOUT: Minimum 30 minutes moderate intensive activity on daily basis for adults is suggested by doctors. In the modern world, everyone is running short of time. But 10 minutes walk during lunch break in the office is possible. Avoid elevators and choose stairs whenever it is possible.
  • WASH YOUR HANDS:One must wash a hands-on regular basis.  It is the easiest method to stop spreading of infection to you and your near ones.
  • SOUND SLEEP: Sound sleep is the basic requirement to keep mental as well as physical health on track. Mind and body automatically feel damn relaxed after a good sleep.

So the ideal situation would be to have both health and wealth. But if you had to choose, pick the one that gives you the greatest amount of happiness. Take care of yourself and love yourself blindly.
